All homeowners on the Highmarsh Estate become Members of the Vista Road (Newton Le Willows) Management Company Limited on signing the deeds to their property. We are responsible for maintaining the Amenity Areas to the standard already agreed. Only homeowners are Members.

One of the main objectives is to keep the annual charge, for each member, to a minimum - and far below any other management company.

It is a requirement that some Members become volunteer directors of the company. They do not gain financially in any way for their work. We are fortunate that there are a few Members who are prepared to give up some of their spare time to do this. It is hoped that all Members will help, and use their best endeavors as a community to maintain our Amenity Areas so that we can minimise the use of outside firms  to keep costs down.

An annual general meeting is held every year. The last meeting was on 23th September 2025. The next meeting will be in September 2026 and all members will, once again, be notified at the beginning of September.

Vista Road (Newton Le Willows) Management Company Limited is a not-for-profit company and, as such, has no shareholders. It is the responsibility of all the owners of properties in the following streets in Newton Le Willows:-
